ATTORNEYS

Bill Fergus practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate law, auction law, business law, bankruptcy law, estate planning, and probate law.

His experience includes service as corporate counsel for a variety of companies, including a large independent land title agency and two communications companies.

Bill holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University, a master’s degree from the Ohio State University, and a law degree (magna cum laude) from Capital University Law School.

When Bill is not practicing law he is an avid sports fan, and serves as Commissioner of the Worthington Youth Boosters “Spirit” softball program. He is a member of the WYB board of directors.
