Jerry concentrates his practice in commercial transactions and litigation, representing small and medium sized businesses and individuals. Jerry also practices extensively in the area of business insolvency, work-outs, and receivership proceedings. He has gained significant experience in representing clients in real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and asset transactions as well as formation and capitalization of closely-held businesses including private placements and commercial loan transactions. Jerry also serves as outside general counsel to a variety of closely held IT companies.
He received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Capital University Law School. Jerry is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association and licensed to practice in Ohio State Courts, United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Prior to law school, Jerry majored in business administration at Ohio Dominican College. When not practicing, Jerry spends much of his time playing hockey and golf. Jerry is also a member of the Shamrock Club of Columbus.
