Inna Simakovsky has practiced immigration law since 1998. She represents client in all types of immigration matters, ranging from business and investor visas, to family-based visas and green cards, to asylum cases. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is on the board of directors of the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, the oldest international
migration and and refugee resettlement agency in the U.S.
Inna is an immigrant herself, having emigrated from the Soviet Union in 1976. She holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Cincinnati and a J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. She is a recipient of the Foreign Area Studies Fellowship, pursuant to which she studied international law in Russia.
Inna is admitted to practice before federal immigration courts and is also admitted in the state of Washington.
