GREGORY S. PETERSON
 

As a former Franklin County Common Pleas Judge, Greg has significant experience in a wide variety of complex criminal, civil and administrative matters. His criminal practice focuses on state and federal white collar crime, including money laundering, securities, health care, bank, wire and mortgage fraud. His civil litigation practice areas include real estate development, construction law, commercial transactions and general business matters.

Greg was lead trial attorney for Rebecca Parrett, a principal in the National Century Financial Enterprises (NCFE), the largest private fraud prosecution in the history of the United States. He is currently serving as the City Prosecutor for Hilliard Mayor’s Court, a hearing officer for the Ohio Secretary of State and as a special prosecutor throughout the State of Ohio when called upon. Greg is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Dublin Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Greg previously served as an assistant Franklin County Prosecutor and a member of Dublin City Council. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1993 from the Franklin Thomas Backus School of Law at the Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the Ohio State University in 1990.

Greg is admitted to the Ohio Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
